Description

Taekwondo provides martial arts as a fun way for teenagers to get in shape and off the couch.  Students will develop increased strength, endurance, hand-eye coordination, and speed while learning how to defend themselves.  This will provide confidence in their daily lives.  Rigorous martial arts training also is a great outlet for stress relief from schoolwork.
